The terms that apply when you visit and use voxlyvision.com. Using the Voxly Vision product itself is covered by a separate customer agreement.
Last updated: 19 October 2026
voxlyvision.com (the "website") is run by Dolphin Haley LTD, trading as Voxly Vision ("we", "us", "our"). We are a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08396885. Our registered office is Boundary House, Cricketfield Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 1QG, and our VAT number is GB227467883. You can reach us at freshthinking@voxlydigital.com.
These terms apply when you browse or use this website to find out about Voxly Vision: reading pages, blog posts and the Regulation Library, or contacting us. By using the website you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the website.
These terms do not cover the Voxly Vision product, including the web app at app.voxlyvision.com, the Chrome extension, the Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations, the MCP server and the API. If you buy or use the product, your use is governed by the separate customer agreement you sign with us, and that agreement takes priority over these terms for anything it covers.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, so please check back whenever you use the website. We may also change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.
The website is free to use. We don't guarantee it will always be available or uninterrupted. You are responsible for your own internet access and for making sure anyone using the website through your connection knows about these terms.
The website is aimed at businesses and professionals in the UK. We make no promise that its content is appropriate or available for use in other countries.
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
We may report a breach of this section to the relevant authorities and may stop your access to the website.
We own, or are licensed to use, all intellectual property rights in the website and its content, including text, design, graphics, software and the Voxly Vision name and logo. You may view, print and share pages for your own internal business use, as long as you keep any copyright notices and credit us as the source. You may not use any part of the website for commercial purposes, or reproduce substantial parts of it, without our written permission.
Some content, such as extracts from advertising codes, legislation and published ASA rulings, belongs to its original authors and is used for commentary and reference. Their rights remain with them.
The content of the website, including blog posts, ASA ruling breakdowns and the Regulation Library, is general information about advertising regulation. It is not legal or regulatory advice and should not be relied on as such. Advertising rules and their interpretation change, and we don't promise that the content is complete, accurate or up to date. You should take professional advice before acting on anything you read here.
Results produced by the Voxly Vision product are covered by your customer agreement, not by this section.
Where the website links to other sites, such as regulators, code owners or our partners, those links are for your information only. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content or for any loss that may arise from your use of them.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
Because the website is provided free of charge and for information only, and subject to the paragraph above, we will not be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or your reliance on its content. In particular, we will not be liable for loss of profits, sales, business or revenue, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation, or any indirect or consequential loss.
We will not be liable for any loss caused by a virus or other harmful material that may infect your equipment, data or software through your use of the website. Please use your own virus protection.
If you send us information through the contact form or by email, you confirm it is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We will handle any personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. Please don't send us confidential material through the website. Anything confidential should be shared under a customer agreement or a non-disclosure agreement.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. Only you and we have rights under these terms. No one else can enforce them.
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with the website, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
